Summer is a great time to enjoy our beautiful outdoors: with the warmer temperatures, many of us go on camping trips and spend days with our friends and families by the ocean or the lake. Many of us walk more, cycle to work and school, and go on hiking trips.
But lately, our summers have also been plagued with extreme heat and thick wildfire smoke, making the time we spend outside shorter. So what do we do when we need to stay indoors in order to keep ourselves healthy?
