In an increasingly digital world, many parents and their children are often on screens, which pushes out other activities like spending time together or enjoying the beautiful outdoors. This resource page grew out of the Physical Activity for Health Collaborative’s (PAHC) concern about the impact of screen use on physical activity.
These resources have been developed by PAHC members to help parents and caregivers navigate and monitor screen use for themselves and their children, and how to replace screen-time with healthier habits and activities.
